This is a number one fave of my Reese and Jenna. They would have this everyday and they have at least 2 bowls! I hope you enjoy this breakfast favorite like we do:)
Purple Porge
Ingredients:
-3c water
-1c frozen blueberries
-1c old fashioned oats
-vanilla yogurt (I use fat-free Activia)

1. Bring water and frozen blueberries to boil
2. Add oats, bring to a boil and turn down...simmer until thick, stirring often
3. Once mixture is thickened, cover, turn off heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
4. Dish up and serve with vanilla yogurt on top-1-2tbsp per serving. Yogurt is optional and use as much or as little as you like. You can also add fresh cut fruit(banana, apple, strawberry, etc), ground flax, wheat germ, etc., to make this even healthier and heartier.
